We keep this simple: the only personal data we store is the email you send us, and we keep it only so we can reply to you. We don't use cookies, analytics, tracking or advertising, and we don't sell or share your data.

What we store, and why
1. Messages you send us
When you use the contact form, or email info@oneaob.com directly, we receive the message as an email in our mailbox. The website doesn't keep a copy in a database. The email contains:
- your name;
- your email address, so we can reply;
- your message;
- the date and time it was sent;
- your IP address (form messages only), to help us spot abuse.
We use this only to read and answer your message and to deal with any follow-up. We never add you to a mailing list or send you marketing. We keep the email only as long as we need it to handle your request, then delete it.
2. Security logs
To protect the contact form from spam and abuse, the server records:
- for each message sent: the time, your IP address and your email address;
- for each blocked attempt: the time, the IP address and why it was blocked.
To limit how many messages can be sent from one place, the server also keeps your IP address in memory for up to one hour. It is never written to disk.
If an IP address keeps sending automated or abusive requests, it is blocked from this website for a limited time (one hour at first, at most one week for repeat offenders). The blocked address is kept only for as long as the block lasts.
To stop our inbox being flooded, the server counts how many messages arrive per hour and per day. For this it keeps only the time each message was sent, never who sent it.
3. Web server logs
Like almost every website, our web server writes a standard log of every page request: your IP address, the date and time, the page asked for, the referring page and your browser type. We use it only for security and to fix problems. It is deleted automatically after 14 days.
What we don't do
- No cookies, and nothing is saved in your browser.
- No analytics, tracking pixels, ads or social media plugins.
- No content from other websites: no external fonts, scripts or captcha services. Our anti-spam check runs entirely in your browser and on our own server.
- We don't sell, rent or share your data with anyone for their own use.
Who else handles your data
Your data is handled only by the companies that run our services for us: the provider that hosts this website and the provider that hosts our email. They process it on our behalf and may not use it for anything else.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see the data we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. You can also object to how we use it. Email info@oneaob.com and we'll reply as soon as we can. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes
If we change how we handle your data, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
